The Echuca line

The Echuca train runs north through Elmore's grain country to the Murray, where the port precinct still smells of red gum and river water.

Echuca station is a ten-minute walk from the wharf, which means paddlesteamer cruises, riverbank swims and the Campaspe junction are all doable without a car.
